"Great Style That Actually Works at Home"
I’ve ordered from frontgate a few times now, and the main reason I keep going back is the look of their stuff. It has that clean, polished style without feeling too fancy or outdated, which is harder to find than you’d think.
The website is easy to use, and I like that the pieces feel like they’d actually make sense in a real home, not just in a catalog photo. It’s not the cheapest place to shop, but if you want something that looks nice and feels pulled together, it’s easy to understand why it costs a little more.

"I ordered a patio table from frontgate..."
I ordered a patio table from frontgate and was a little nervous about how the delivery would go since it was a big item.
It showed up on the exact day they said it would, and the driver called ahead just like the email said. The box was in good shape too, which was a relief. Weirdly, I remember the driver had a bright orange water bottle sitting on the passenger seat when he pulled up.
Overall, it was just easy, which is all I really wanted. No chasing tracking updates or wondering where the table was. I’d order from them again.

"Everything arrived packed really well"
I ordered a couple of outdoor pillows and a small table from frontgate, and I’ll give them credit where it’s due: everything showed up in great shape. The boxes weren’t beat up, nothing was sliding around inside, and the items looked clean and protected when I opened them.
The packing was solid too, with plenty of padding and protected corners, but thankfully it wasn’t one of those unpacking nightmares with foam everywhere. My only annoyance was that the communication around the order wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening until it arrived. Still, the actual delivery and packaging were really well done

I was pleasantly surprised that they had everything I needed in stock, right down to the exact items I was hoping to grab. It made the whole trip quick and easy, and I didn’t have to waste time checking other stores.

"shipping was way faster than i expected"
i ordered from frontgate and figured it would probably take at least a week, but it showed up only a few days later. the tracking was easy to follow, and the box arrived in good shape too. i was happy with how smooth and quick the whole thing was. no issues at all.

"Met my expectations for the price"
I ordered patio chairs from Frontgate they were about what I hoped for given the price. They definitely weren’t cheap, so I expected them to feel sturdy and look nice, and they do. The quality feels solid, and they actually look more expensive than what I paid. So far, I’m happy with the purchase

"Still holding up great"
I bought a patio set from Frontgate last year, and I’m really grateful for how well it’s held up. It’s been through plenty of rain, hot sun, and my kids climbing all over it, but it still feels sturdy and looks really nice. I’m super happy with the quality and glad we went with it

"Return was simple"
I had to send back some outdoor pillows. They just didn’t match my chairs. Frontgate sent the return label quickly. The refund showed up on my card a few days after they received the package. No hassle at all.

"Finally, a warranty process that didn’t make me lose my mind"
I had a problem with a chair I bought from Frontgate last year, i was already bracing myself for the usual warranty runaround because that stuff is usually such a pain. But to my surprise, they actually got back to me quickly and didn’t make me jump through a million hoops. They sent out the replacement part, it fixed the issue, and that was it. Wish every company handled problems this easily

"Wish I’d Bought It Sooner"
I ordered a chair from frontgate i’m kind of kicking myself for not getting it sooner. It’s way more comfortable than I expected, the cushions are soft but still supportive, so I can sit in it for hours without feeling uncomfortable. Delivery went smoothly too, which was a nice bonus. Really happy with the purchase.

"Looks good, but the assembly was a pain"
I ordered this from frontgate and, to be fair, it looks really nice now that it’s finally put together. But wow, the assembly took longer than I expected. It wasn’t impossible or anything, but it was just kind of annoying, especially because one of the steps wasn’t very clear. I kept having to stop, look back, and figure out what they meant. All the parts were there, which was good, but the assembly definitely tested my patience. Overall I’m happy with how it turned out, just wish putting it together hadn’t been such a hassle.

"Nice deals, but regular prices are still a little high"
I’ve had a good experience overall, especially when there are sales going on. The discounts definitely help and make it feel worth it, but I do think the full prices are still a bit on the steep side. I’d probably buy again, especially if I can catch another good deal.

I purchased four austin bar stools at frontgate.com in march of 09. i did not receive product until august 09. and then i had to return actually 3 of the stools due to damage, poor workmanship, etc. now the replacements are falling apart. these are $600 each...do you think the quality should be better than it is? yes would be the answer...this is absolutely a rip off.
